Tunheim ) consolidating civil actions 4-96-890 and 4-96-1207 and any other actions filed as related to these actions. All orders, pleadings, motions and other documents will, when filed and docketed in the master file (4-96 civil 890), be deemed filed and docketed in each applicable constituent case. Subsequently filed or transferred related actions - upon such filing, the later related action shall be consolidated with the consolidated action and the Court shall enter an order consolidating that action with this consolidated action. Each party in this consolidated action shall file and provide a notice of pendency to opposing counsel when it learns of the pendency of such a later related action, unless such a notice has already been filed.
