                 consolidating civil actions 4-96-890 and 4-96-1207 and any
                 other actions filed as related to these actions. All
                 orders, pleadings, motions and other documents will, when
                 filed and docketed in the master file (4-96 civil 890), be
                 deemed filed and docketed in each applicable constituent
                 case. Subsequently filed or transferred related actions -
                 upon such filing, the later related action shall be
                 consolidated with the consolidated action and the Court
                 shall enter an order consolidating that action with this
                 consolidated action. Each party in this consolidated action
                 shall file and provide a notice of pendency to opposing
                 counsel when it learns of the pendency of such a later
                 related action, unless such a notice has already been
                 filed. When such a notice of pendency is filed with this
                 court, the clerk shall place a copy of this order in the
                 separate file for the later related action, mail a copy of
                 this order to all counsel, make an entry indicating the
                 consolidation in the master docket. The Clerk shall file
                 all papers in 4-96 civil 890. Such documents shall be filed
                 in the action and in such additional files to which the
                 caption may specifically refer. The original complaints in
                 these actions shall be deemed to have been served on each
                 of the defts as of the date of entry of this order, to the
                 extent not served already. Defts shall have no obligation
                 to answer or otherwise respond to the original complaints.
                 A consolidated amended class action complaint shall be
                 filed by 12/21/96, unless otherwise ordered by the Court or
                 stipulation of the parties.  Defts shall answer or
                 otherwise move with respect to the consolidated amended
                 class action complaint within 30 days from the filing of
                 the consolidated amended class action complaint otherwise
                 ordered by the Court or by stipulation.  Defts' response to
                 the consolidated amended class action complaint shall be
                 deemed to be their response to any later filed complaint in
                 any action which is thereafter consolidated with the
