PLAINTIFFS' SUPPLEMENTAL SUBMISSION OF AUTHORITY PURSUANT TO LOCAL RULE 7-3(e)

Pursuant to Local Rule 7-3(e), plaintiffs respectfully submit In re Cephalon Sec. Litig., Civil No. 96-CV-0633, Memorandum and Order (E.D. Penn. Aug. 29, 1997), which addresses issues before the Court on defendants' pending motion to dismiss. Specifically, the Court in Cephalon denied the motion to dismiss and stated:
Clearly, the Reform Act requires some precision in alleging facts, however, it does not require pleading all of the evidence and proof thereunder supporting a plaintiff's claim.
Clearly, the Reform Act requires some precision in alleging Id. at 3. A copy of the opinion is attached for the Court's convenience.
